1. Non-Refundable Fees

The following fees are non-refundable under any circumstances, including change of mind, personal reasons, or failure to attend classes.

Registration / Booking Fee — paid at the time of admission

Scholarship Entrance Examination Fee — ₹100 + 18% GST = ₹118

Exam Registration Charges — paid for any internal or external exams

Study Material Fees — once materials have been provided or accessed

Late fee or penalty charges

2. Cancellation by Student

If you wish to cancel your enrollment, please follow this process:

Step 1: Send a written cancellation request to smartvisioneduction@gmail.com

Step 2: Include your full name, registration number, course name, and reason for cancellation

Step 3: Request must be submitted at least 3 days before the course commencement date

Step 4: The institute will acknowledge your request within 2 business days

Step 5: If eligible, refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method

No refund will be issued if the cancellation request is submitted after the course has started or if the student has attended even one class.

3. Refund Eligibility & Process

Only the course fee (excluding registration fee) may be refunded if the cancellation request meets all conditions below.

Conditions for Refund Eligibility:

Written cancellation request submitted at least 3 days before course start

Course has NOT yet commenced (zero classes attended)

All institute-provided materials are returned in original condition

No outstanding dues or penalties on the student account

Refund approved by institute management (decision is final)

Refund Method: Refunds are processed to the original payment method used at enrollment — UPI, bank account, or card as applicable. Cash refunds are not available for online payments.

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days. The time for the amount to reflect in your account may vary by bank.

4. Cancellation by Institute

In the rare event that SmartVision Institute cancels a course batch, enrolled students will receive:

100% full refund of all course fees paid (registration fee excluded)

Prior notice of at least 3 days before the scheduled commencement

Option to transfer to the next available batch at no additional cost

Refund processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method

Confirmation email/SMS with refund details and timeline

5. Special Cases & Exceptions

Medical Emergency

Refund may be considered on submission of valid medical certificate. Institute management's decision is final.

Death in Immediate Family

Compassionate consideration will be given. Full documentation required.

Technical Issues (Online Payment)

If payment is debited but enrollment not confirmed, full refund within 3–5 business days after verification.

Duplicate Payment

If duplicate payment is detected, the extra amount will be refunded within 5–7 business days automatically.
