These Terms and Conditions govern your use of SmartVision Institute of Technology's services, website, courses, and facilities. By enrolling, making a payment, or accessing our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms.

SmartVision Institute reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

1. Admission & Payment Terms

Course fees must be paid in advance through authorized payment methods (cash, UPI, net banking, or card via Razorpay).

A seat is confirmed only after successful payment of the registration/booking fee.

Fee receipts will be issued for all payments — keep these for your records.

EMI or installment options are available for selected courses — ask at the admission desk.

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

            
            Important: Registration/Booking fees are non-refundable under all circumstances, including scholarship exam fees (₹100 + GST).
          

2. Cancellation by Student

Written cancellation requests must be submitted via email to: smartvisioneduction@gmail.com

Cancellation requests must be submitted at least 3 days before course commencement.

Requests submitted after this period or once classes have started will NOT be eligible for refund.

The institute will acknowledge your request within 2 business days of receipt.

Decision on refund eligibility is at the sole discretion of SmartVision Institute management.

3. Course Content & Schedule Changes

SmartVision Institute reserves the right to modify the following without prior notice or liability:

Course curriculum, module content, or syllabus to keep it industry-relevant

Class timings, batch schedules, or session durations

Faculty/trainers assigned to specific courses or batches

Course fees for future batches (existing enrolled students are not affected)

Exam dates, assessment patterns, or certification criteria

Such changes do not entitle enrolled students to refunds unless the course is cancelled entirely by the institute.

4. Student Conduct & Code of Ethics

All students are required to:

Maintain discipline and respect for faculty, staff, and fellow students at all times

Attend classes regularly — minimum 75% attendance is required for certification

Refrain from using mobile phones, social media, or disruptive activities during class

Not engage in copying, cheating, or dishonest practices in any exam or assessment

Use course materials strictly for personal learning — not for commercial reproduction or sharing

Abide by all institute rules, regulations, and code of conduct

            Violation of the code of conduct may result in immediate termination of enrollment without any refund.
          

5. Intellectual Property

All course materials, study content, videos, notes, and resources provided by SmartVision Institute are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

Materials are for personal educational use only by enrolled students

Reproduction, distribution, or resale of any course material is strictly prohibited

Recording of classes without written permission is not allowed

Violators may face legal action under applicable copyright laws

6. Cancellation by Institute

In the rare event that SmartVision Institute cancels a course batch or program, students will receive:

100% full refund of all course fees paid (excluding registration/booking fees)

Prior notice of at least 3 days before the scheduled commencement

Option to transfer enrollment to the next available batch at no additional cost

Refund processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method

7. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Palwal, Haryana

Institute management's decision on all matters including results, scholarships, and eligibility is final and binding

Disputes should first be raised with institute management for amicable resolution

Students agree to resolve disputes through mediation before approaching courts
